What Limbs collects

Limbs stores the account, contact, property, tree, picture, quote, job, invoice, provider, and communication information needed to coordinate tree service. Homeowner and property-manager passwords are stored only as salted, one-way cryptographic hashes—not as readable passwords. Authentication providers used for Admin or provider access may separately process their sign-in information under their own policies.

How information is used

We use this information to review requests, prepare and deliver quotes, coordinate qualified providers, document work, maintain property history, and improve Limbs. Internal provider bids and costs are not shown to customers.

Pictures and location

Tree and property pictures are private service records. Location is used only when you provide or permit it for the property or job. Limbs does not use customer pictures to train external AI models without separate permission.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with Limbs personnel, service providers needed to operate the platform, and tree-service companies invited or assigned to the relevant work. Limbs does not sell personal information. Records may be retained for operational, safety, tax, dispute, and legal purposes.

Your choices

You may ask Limbs to correct account or property information, stop nonessential communications, or review a deletion request. Reply to the Limbs email or text connected to your request so the correct account can be verified.
