Terms of use

Limbs coordinates tree care

Limbs helps customers, property managers, and tree-service providers organize requests, professional review, quotes, jobs, and records. A customer quote becomes binding only when its stated scope, price, validity period, and terms are accepted.

Professional verification

Picture analysis, planning ranges, and automated suggestions are preliminary decision support—not a certified tree-risk assessment, diagnosis, guarantee, or statement that a tree is safe. Site conditions and final work must be verified by an appropriately qualified professional.

Accounts and records

Keep your Limbs email and password private, use accurate property and contact information, and do not upload material you lack permission to share. Property, provider, and Admin records are separated by role-based access.

Providers and work

Provider credentials and availability can change. Limbs may review business and insurance documents, but customers should rely on the final contract and current documentation for the selected provider. Providers remain responsible for their personnel, equipment, permits, safety, and work.

Payments and communications

Online payments are not active unless a real secure checkout is explicitly presented. Message delivery can be delayed or unavailable; do not rely on Limbs for emergency communication.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, probe other accounts, submit false emergencies, upload malicious files, or use Limbs to violate law or third-party rights. Access may be suspended to protect customers, providers, or the service.
